16 oz Garden-Style Tri-Colored Pasta
14 pz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pint mayo
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
3 carrots, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium bell pepper, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Let cool. Mix in large bowl the milk, mayo, sugar and vinegar. Add the pasta and the vegetables. Combine thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight, stir before serving.
