1 6-oz pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 10-oz pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
1 (81/4 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. (8 oz) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and add fruit. Strain - reserving liquid and fruit.
Set aside 1 cup liquid at room temperature.
Pour fruit and remaining liquid into bowl. Cover and refrigerate until set.
Whisk sour cream and reserved liquid. Pour over top of first layer. Cover and refrigerate until set.
