3 Avocado's, ripe
Salt to taste
Onion Salt to taste
1 Med. Onion, finely chopped
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 Jar Pace Picante Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the avocados and smash to a creamy texture. Sprinkle with salt and onion salt to taste. Note: The greener the avocado is the more salt you need. Add onion and tomatoes and mix. Stir in picante sauce gradually until you reach desired consistency.

I use medium spicy picante sauce. You can use whatever you prefer. Also, save the avocado pit and put it into the guacamole when it is done, it will keep it from turning dark.
