2 cups of apple cider
½ cup raw cane sugar
1 gala apple, chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil apple cider and sugar until reduced to ½ a cup (15 minutes). 2.Transfer to a container and chill until cold. 3.Using food processor, coarsely chop cranberries, apples, and parsley. 4.Combine apple cider, lemon zest, cranberries, and apples in a bowl and return to refrigerator to chill.
