3 gallon water
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put in jar - let set 48 hours. Drain pulp, add 3 lbs. sugar to each gallon of water. Skim every 2nd day till it settles.

Grandma's note: basic recipe for most wines is 3 lbs. of sugar for 1 gl. of water.
