1 stick oleo
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut better
1 c. powdered sugar
(16-oz.) tub cool whip
1 (3-oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3-oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk

Directions:

Layer 1: Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350º for 20 minutes - 1 stick oleo, 1 cup flour and 1/2 c. nuts. Layer 2: combine and mix well 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 c. cool whip. Spread on layer 1.
Layer 3: Mix 1 vanilla pudding, 1 chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk. Speed on layer 2.
Layer 4: 8 ounces of cool whip sprinkle with chopped nuts and chill 3 hours.
