1 cup of margarine, room temp
1 3/4 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 cups of zucchini, shredded
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs and blend. Add buttermilk, blend. Add vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl

Blend vanilla and then add dry ingredients and blend. Add shredded zucchini and blend.

Spread in cake pan that has been greased and floured. Batter will be thick. Top with chocolate chips.

Bake at 325 F for 40 minutes.

Cool and then drizzle with melted chocolate
