Ingredients:
1 recipe biscuits (about 12)
1 cake baked cornbread
1 med onion
1 cup celery chopped
Salt & pepper
Poultry seasoning
Turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cornbread and biscuits the day before and store. Next day crumble cornbread and biscuits (about crouton size). Saute onion and celery then mix them into dry mixture. Add about 1 tsp pepper or to taste, add about 10 shakes of poultry seasoning, (too much poultry seasoning will cause bitterness) add turkey broth until slightly soupy. This will dry out as it cooks so it needs to be a little wet. Add salt to taste at this point. Place in casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350º or until slightly brown on top and consistency desired.
