1 lb ground beef
1 cup washed rice
1 green pepper
1 cup celery chopped
1 large can tomatoes
1 med onion chopped
1 tsp salt
1 can mushroom soup

Directions:
Brown meat, add other ingredients, cover and bring to a boil. Boil until steam escapes from lid for 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Do not open until a full hour has passed. (if you open early you will have crunchy rice)
