2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter

1 lb. raisins
1 t. cornstarch
2 T. sugar
2 eggs
2 t. baking powder
1 C. milk
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour and sugar to make crumbs. Save 1 C of
crumbs for top of pie.
In saucepan, cook raisins, cornstarch, sugar
Combine eggs, baking powder, milk and remainder of crumbs.
Add the raisin mix to the batter. Add batter to pie shell. Sprinkle
reserved crumbs to the top. Bake at 375º for 30 - 40 minutes.
