1/4 T salt
1 T mustard
1 1/2 T sugar
2 T. flour
Dash of pepper
1 egg or 2 yolks
1 1/2 T butter, melted
2/3 C. milk
1/4 C. vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large saucepan with a wire whip. Add
medium heat and cook, stirring constantly with whip, until
thickened and smooth. Use for dressing on potato or macaroni
