3 beaten eggs
1 1/4 C. milk
1 1/4 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 6 muffin tins and preheat tins at 450. Mix eggs and
milk together in a large bowl. Add flour in parts, beating each until
smooth. Fill hot tins with mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 450º.
Reduce over to 350º and bake for 20 minutes more. Prick
popovers with fork before removing from tins.
