Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground lamb
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 C. minced celery
1/4 C. diced green pepper
1/2 C. chili sauce
2 slices white bread, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into large size meatballs. Brown on
all sides in oil. Put in baking dish and bake at 350º for 45
minutes.
