Loaf:
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground lean pork (no sausage)
1 lb. ground ham
2 eggs
2 C. milk
2 C. crushed cornflakes
2 T ground green pepper
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 C. ginger ale or Sprite
Baste:
A.
2 T brown sugar
1/2 C. pineapple juice
or
B.
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. vinegar
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all 8 loaf ingredients and shape into loaf in baking pan. Pour
ginger ale over loaf and bake 2 hours at 350º uncovered.
After the first hour, pour your choice of baste over the loaf.
