1 chicken bouillon cube
1 pound 4 ounce can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1 medium green pepper cut in strips
1/4 cup sliced onion
4 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
put pork in large skillet. add 1 c. water and bouillon cubes. cover and simmer about 1 hour. meanwhile drain pineapple reserving syrup. combine syrup, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce. cook and stir till thickend. poor sauce over pork and put pepper, onion and pineapple on top. and cook till vegetables are tender crisp. serve with rice
