4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 t. onion powder
4 c. hot water
1 - 8 oz. pkg. peeled and deveined shrimp
1 - 6 oz. pkg. frozen pea pods
1/2 of 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Directions:

Combine chicken bouillon, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, onion powder and hot water. Bring to a boil. Add shrimp. Return to a boil, simmer uncovered 3 minutes. Add pea pods and water chestnuts. Heat through, sprinkle with cashews.
