1/2 c. water
1 tsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped drained maraschino cherries
1 3/4 c. (4 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, butter and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Cool.

Stir in pineapple, coconut, marshmallows, and cherries. Fold in Cool Whip and milk. Cover and chill about 1 hour. Garnish as desired.
