1 loaf of Pannettone, bread sliced
1 10 oz jar of lemon curd
1 8 oz packages of cream cheese, (may use low fat) room temperature
1 container of organic blueberries
1 container of organic strawberries, sliced (may want to drizzle with lemon juice to avoid oxidation)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
½ cup of half and half (use only enough to get creamy consistency with cream cheese mixture)

1.Mix cream cheese with vanilla and lemon curd, add half and half until creamy. 2.Slice one slice of pannetone bread and tear slice up on bottom of 8 inch glass footed trifle bowl. 3.Pour cream cheese mixture over bread. 4.Layer with sliced strawberries. 5.Layer with sliced torn pannetone bread. 6.Layer with cream cheese. 7.Layer with blueberries. 8.Chill in refrigerator for an hour or more. 9. Serve chilled.
