2 cups of wild rice cooked
1 ½ cup of frozen corn
8 oz of cornbread stuffing crumbs
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
½ red pepper
½ yellow pepper
1 egg beaten
3/4 cup of chicken broth
3 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2.Sauté celery, onions, and peppers in 1 tablespoon of butter
3.Mix rice, corn and cornbread crumbs in a bowl.
4.Add sautéed vegetables and sage. 5. Moisten with chicken broth. 6.Stir in beaten egg. 7.Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
