1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into approximate 2 inch pieces
2 Gala apples, cored and cut into slices
1 onion, sliced
½ cup of grade B Maple Syrup
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
¼ cup of apple cider
sea salt and pepper to taste
3/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 tbsp of butter

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix together maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and apple cider in a pot and heat. 2. Add squash, apples, and onions and pour onto foil covered baking sheet. 3. Sprinkle salt pepper and nutmeg over dish. 4.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. 5.Stir in butter before serving.
