2 T. minced onions
about 2 c. shredded lettuce
2 chicken bullion cubes
3 T. flour
hot pepper sauce to taste
4 c. milk

melt butter and mix in flour. add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until mixture thickens. add salt to taste if needed. serve hot or cold.
