4 Tuna steaks
¼ cup of lime juice
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon roasted garlic, minced
Lime Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix lime juice, olive oil, roasted garlic, and Dijon mustard. 2.Pour into Ziploc bag. 3.Add Tuna steaks
and marinate for 15 minutes. 5. Heat grill while waiting for marinade. 6.Sprinkle tuna with lime pepper. 7.Grill for 5 minutes each side.
