1 pound of ground turkey breast
1 18 oz jar of organic marinara sauce
15 ounce of ricotta
1 cup of Parmesan
4 cups of mozzarella cheese
5 sprigs of rosemary or 1 1/2 tablespoon of dried rosemary
1 tsp of dried oregano or 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano
½ teaspoon of soul seasoning
½ cup of green onions
4 tablespoons of parsley
1 tablespoon of roasted garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
8 ounce of no boil lasagna noodles
Vegetable spray

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2.Mix together ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl and set aside. 3. Brown turkey, onions, parsley, oregano, roasted garlic and rosemary in olive oil. 4.Cook until crumbly and drain. 5. Add marinara sauce to meat mixture. 6. Spray lasagna pan with vegetable spray. 7. Place layer of no boil lasagna in bottom of pan. 8. Layer with cheese.
9. Layer with meat sauce. 8. Continue layering until the last layer is cheese. 9. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
