1 pound of fresh wild Alaskan salmon cut into chunks
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 fresh jalepeno pepper chopped
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp soul seasoning
Pepper to taste

1.Heat grill and spray with vegetable oil. 2. Place salmon chunks into food processor and grind. 3..Add peppers and seasoning. 4.Grill for 4minutes each side on regular grill and 5 minutes total on contact grill.
