Small Jar of sundried tomatoes (8oz)
small pinch of fresh garlic
1 pkg of pignoli nuts toasted till lightly brown
1 pkg of philly cream cheese in (square shape)

Directions:
Directions:
soften cream cheese, cut sundried tomatoes in small pieces and add to softened cream cheese. Add fresh garlic to taste....not to much it is very strong, a tip of a tsp is plenty. Mix all in a bowl till blended well. Mold mixture into a ball and place in middle of scaran wrap, and mold into a ball, after moldng it into a ball (use a rubber band to keep it closed), and place in refrig to harded. When ready to serve toast pignoli nuts and roll ball onto them till covered. The pignoli nuts will stick to the ball from the heat of them. Serve with any kind of crackers, or bagel chips.
