1/2 loaf of Panettone bread cut into 8 slices.
5 eggs
½ cup coconut milk or half and half
1/2 cup of Swerve
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg plus additional for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1.Slice Panettone Bread into 8 1 inch slices. 2.Mix eggs, Swerve, coconut milk, vanilla and nutmeg. 3.Dredge slices into egg mix. 4.Place in Shallow dish and pour egg mixture over bread. 5.Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. 6. Grate fresh nutmeg over bread and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.©
