1 pound free range ground turkey
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of soul seasoning
pepper to taste
24 wonton wrappers
1 ½ tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/3 cup goat cheese crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
1.Brown ground turkey, oregano, rosemary, and garlic powder in nonstick skillet until crumbly. 2. Drain turkey. 3. Place about 1 teaspoons of turkey mixture into wonton wrapper. Brush edges of wrappers with water and fold over into triangle.
4. Press edges with fork to remove all air pockets and seal well. 5. In large pot or skillet of salted boiling water, boil ravioli about 8 at a time for 3 minutes. 6. Place 4-6 ravioli each in bowl and keep warm. 7. Ladle chunky marinara sauce and crumbled goat cheese on top.
