1 cup butter
2 egg yolks
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup plus 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour. Roll dough just over 1/4 inch thick, cut into 1 inch circles. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, press each cookie with finger to make a dip and put about 1/4 teaspoon jam in each cookie. Bake at 300º for 18 minutes, just until they begin to brown.
