4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 small can chopped mild green chilies
Green onions, chopped
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in salted water. Save broth & cut chicken into bite size pieces. Set aside.
Mix together: Soup, sour cream, green chilies, and onions. Set aside.
Soften tortillas, one at a time, in warm chicken broth. Spoon chicken in center of tortilla, top with soup mixture and cheese. Roll & place in 13x9 inch baking pan. Repeat until pan has layer of rolled tortillas. Top with remaining soup mixture & cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.
