3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick oleo, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Combine, spoon into 1 to 1 1/2 quart dish. Cover with topping and bake at 350º for 35 minutes. This recipe is easy to modified - add more potatoes - increase butter - vanilla, etc. Be generous with the pecans - makes it even better!
