2/3 c. canned sweet potatoes drained
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. pecans or walnuts
4 tbsp. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease muffin tin. Puree sweet potatoes. Cream butter and sugar; add egss, potatoes, and salt. Sift dry ingredients. Alternate small amounts of dry mix, nuts and raisins until completely blended. Bake for 25 minutes.
