Two lbs Haddock
Two or Three Onions
Salt And Pepper
Flour to sift
Salt pork
Cold Water
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish in strips or use whole fish . Place in kettle
and add onions ,sliced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Sift flour over fish and partially cover with cold water.
Pan fry a piece of salt pork and add to kettle.
Cook until fish is done . Add milk and serve on toast or crackers.
