1 8 oz. package refrigerated crescent rolls
6-8 slices deli ham
6-8 slices cheese, swiss or cheddar
dijon or honey mustard
1 egg, separated
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove crescent dough from package, being careful to leave intact (do not separate into individual triangles). Unroll crescent dough and roll out slightly with a rolling pin to form a rectangle. With a pastry brush spread a thin layer of mustard over dough. Place ham and cheese slices to cover dough. Roll up jelly-roll style. Brush the roll with egg white and roll in sesame seeds. With a sharp knife slice roll crosswise into individual pinwheels. Place pinwheels on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and serve immediately.
