8 bread slices, cubed
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. mustard
2 1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. link sausage, browned and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the bread, sausage, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Beat together eggs, mustard and milk and pour over the first three ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Dilute the cream of mushroom soup with the 1/2 c. of milk. Spread over the casserole right before putting it in the oven. Bake at 300 degrees for an hour and a half.
