1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb and Garlic soup mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. chopped pepperoni (optional)
1 loaf Italian or French bread, sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with bread.
