4 C. frozen country style has browns
1 Onion sliced
2 T butter or margarine
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 lb sausage (browned)or 1lb bacon fried and crumbled
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray 13x9x2 baking dish with cooking spray.
Brown poetates and onions in butter, seasoning with seasoned aslt.
Place potatoes and onions in baking dish
Sprinkle browned sausage or bacon over potatoes
Sprinkle with cheese over meat the top with egg.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until eggs are set in the center.
