12 thick tomato slices
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
2 teaspoons oregano leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon minced parsley

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinade 4 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.
