1 1/2 to 2 bunches fresh broccoli
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8 ounces cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
fresh bread crumbs to taste
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in water to cover in saucepan until tender-crisp;
drain and chop. Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and
pepper in bowl; mix well. Stir in broccoli. Spoon into buttered
2-quart baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter.

Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves: 6-8
