2 green onions, chopped
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
15 ounce black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
8 ounce chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1/2 package taco seasoning
4 Tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, peppers, beans and corn in a large bowl. Toss until well mixed. Add lime juice and oil to bean mixture. Toss to coat. Add chicken, taco seasoning and cilantro. Toss well. Can be served as a salad or in taco shells or wraps.
