1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C ketchup
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 C chopped celery
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C chopped green pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine beef, onion, celery and green pepper in pan.
Cook until meat is browned.
Drain any excess fat
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring twice.
