2 c flour
3/4 c powder sugar
1 egg
1 c unsalted butter
1/2 ts salt
1 tlbs vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix all indredients. Roll into little balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Press your thumb in the middle, fill with your favorite preserves. Bake 350º for 10 mins.
