1 lb. cleaned raw seafood (shrimp, scallops, etc)
2 Tbsp. garlic butter
1 can cream of shrimp soup (chicken, if necessary)
1- 3 oz. bar of cream cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped scallions, 2 Tbsp. sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet on medium high
Add chopped scallions and raw seafood.
Sauté 2-3 minutes then remove from pan and set aside
To the empty pan, add one can of cream of shrimp soup, 3 oz. bar of cream cheese and simmer over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and well blended.
Add seafood back to the pan and mix with the soup mixture.
Then add the sherry and simmer on medium-low.
Heat for 8-10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
