1st Layer
1 Stick Butter
1 C Walnuts, chopped
1 C Flour

2nd Layer
2 8 oz Cream Cheese
2 C Powdered sugar
2 C Cool whip

3rd Layer
2 Sm Lemon instant pudding
3 C Milk

4th Layer
1 1/2 C Cool Whip

Ingredients from 1st layer: Melt butter, mix in flour and nuts. Put in 9x13 baking dish and bake at 375F for 15 minutes...cool.
Mix all ingredients from 2nd layer and spread over 1st layer.
Mix all the ingredients for 3rd layer for 2 minutes at medium speed then spread over 2nd layer.
For the 4th layer just spread the whipping cream over everything and sprinkle more nuts over that.
Chill until serving.
