16 oz package of noodles
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 pt. whipping cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced baby swiss cheese
1 cup sliced harvarti cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Boil your choice of noodle in 6 quarts of water. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Slowly add milk. Add cream. Add cheeses. Cook until all cheese is melted. Pour over noodles. Add fresh grated cheese & parsley sprigs as garnish.
