10 lbs potatoes
1 32 oz. jar dill pickles
1 32 oz. jar salad dressing
10 hard boiled eggs
salt, pepper, vinegar & mustard to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Add to cold water and bring to boil. Boil until still firm, but slightly soft. Drain. Finely chop the dill pickles and add to potatoes (with a little of the juice). Add salad dressing and spices to taste.
