1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease a 9" pie plate. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Top with mushrooms (opt). Sprinkle with cheese. Stir together milk bisquick and eggs until blended. Pour over beef mixture.
Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
