3/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp raw sugar
1 3/4 tsps. double - acting baking powder
2 eggs
3 tbsp peanut oil
milk or water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flours, wheat germ, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the
eggs and oil. Add milk or water until the mixture becomes the
consistency of thick cream. Pour onto a hot oiled griddle. When
holes appear on the surface, turn to finish cooking.

Blueberry Pancakes: Sprinkle fresh blueberries directly onto the
pancake batter on the griddle.
