1 package French style cooked green beans
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
3 slices Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter for 3 minutes. Add flour, salt, pepper,
sugar and blend in sour cream. Heat through. Place beans in
a buttered baking dish (I use glass bread pan). Pour cream
mixture over beans. Arrange cheese on top of cream
mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until
heated through, 20-30 minutes.
