6 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
3 packages yeast
1 to 2 c. warm water

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl.
Add just enough water to make a light dough.
Cover and let rise until it almost doubles (up to 2 hours in a warm spot)
Put olive oil or flour on a cookie sheet.
Shape dough into a rectangular pizza and place on cookie sheet.
Cover with fresh marinara and cheese.
Bake at 375 to 400 for about 30 minutes (until bottom of crust is light brown and cheese is melted.
