30 large tomatoes
4 large onions
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon mustard seed
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
OR 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook skinned tomatoes and cut up onions until mixtures is real
mushy. When done put through sieve and work until all juice and
pulp is out. Add sugar to tomato mixture. Tie all other
ingredients in cheese cloth bag and cook until desired thickness.
Bottle, cap and seal, according to canning process directions.
